Instazzy stands behind every order. If delivery does not match what was promised on the product page, we will work with you on a refill or refund.
When a refill applies
If your follower, like, view, or comment count drops within the refill window stated on your order confirmation, contact support with your order number. We will top up the missing quantity at no extra charge when eligible.
When a refund applies
- Delivery has not started within 72 hours and the issue is on our side.
- Delivered quantity is significantly below the purchased package after a reasonable delivery period.
- Duplicate charge or technical error during checkout.
When refunds are not available
- Order was placed with incorrect username or private profile.
- Platform restrictions or account actions outside Instazzy's control.
- Change of mind after successful delivery of the ordered quantity.
- Free trial or promotional packages marked as non-refundable.

Processing time
Refund requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
