Satisfaction guarantee
Instazzy stands behind every order. If delivery does not match what was promised on the product page, we will work with you on a refill or refund.
When a refill applies
If your follower, like, view, or comment count drops within the refill window on your order confirmation, contact support with your order number for a free top-up when eligible.
When a refund applies
Refunds may apply if delivery has not started within 72 hours (on our side), delivered quantity is significantly below the package after a reasonable period, or there was a duplicate charge or checkout error.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not available for incorrect username, private profile, platform restrictions outside our control, change of mind after successful delivery, or non-refundable free promotional packages.

Contact us within 14 days via live chat, WhatsApp, or info@instazzy.com with your order number and public profile link used at checkout.
Processing time
Refund requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
